Christer Engh Johansen, Head of Sales, Topro Group has issued a statement to reassure OTs that the team at Topro Ltd are still available to support them and answer any queries during this unprecedented time.

“We would like to reassure all the valued occupational therapists we work with across the UK that Topro Limited is still very much open for business despite the extremely challenging times we are all experiencing.

“Whilst our account managers are currently home based, they are available to answer any questions from OTs or their clients and are also happy to Skype anyone who has a technical issue which may be resolvable through a video conversation.

“With regards to stock, we have been preparing for this eventuality for some time and have plenty of stock availability at our Midlands-based distribution centre and we are still looking to achieve delivery within 24 to 48 hours of an order being placed.  However, we would ask for people’s patience should there be a slight delay due to the current extraordinary circumstances.
