The DWP has announced changes to WCA reassessments for ESA support group claimants.

From now on, anyone who has a severe, lifelong disability, illness or condition and who is unlikely ever to be able to move into work will be told following their initial assessment that they will not need to be reassessed.

So it may be worth presenting evidence to fit the new criteria and checking the notice following a decision to place someone in the support group for ESA or the no work related requirement group for UC.

More on this and places still available on the revamped ESA course this week Thursday 5 October in London with Will Hadwen.
