Hundreds of wheelchair users, their families, carers and occupational therapists attended the exclusive Brotherwood WAV WEEKEND event, held at Haynes International Motor Museum.

At the event the Klastar Longwas launched, Brotherwood’s newest wheelchair-accessible iteration of the luxurious Mercedes-Benz V-Class. Developed in response to client feedback for a vehicle with a little extra usable space, without sacrificing the manoeuvrability and easy handling of the compact V-Class. A hugely luxurious vehicle, the V-Class packs a high specification as standard including satellite navigation, leather interior, powered tailgate and doors – the luxury of the V-Class  complimented by the discrete Brotherwood Klastar Long conversion; a full length, flat level lowered floor conversion with 57″ internal headroom and up to 6 seats; remote-controlled electric powered access ramp with STORQ self-tensioning rear restraints; a power assisted combined winch and restraint system, and subtle mood lighting making it the most comfortable, spacious, user-friendly and well-equipped wheelchair accessible vehicle available today.
